The deeper the bond, the higher the price.

Gabe and Squawk are racing west, chasing rumors and shadows across a scorched land to find the one person who might still matter—Gabe’s mother. But freedom comes with a price, and the Dominion isn’t done with them yet.

Stalked by savage marauders and hunted by a new, merciless enemy, Gabe and his growing dragon find unlikely shelter inside a fortified Las Vegas compound—only to uncover a soul-crushing truth: his mother is alive… and a prisoner of the Dominion.

A desperate rescue mission is born. But before Gabe can save her, he and Squawk must face the Games again—this time to earn the trust of a fractured alliance. And if they fail?

It’s prison breaks or body bags.

But the Dominion isn’t sitting back. They’ve been watching. Waiting. And now, the worst of them—the ones who don’t follow rules—are coming for Gabe and Squawk with one mission:

End them. Before they spark something bigger than rebellion.
